Strategy

Buy-and-hold via DSCR-financed rentals. We acquire, place long-term tenants, and hold — many of our homes accommodate government-subsidized housing.

Geography

Growing states across the Southeast and the broader southern United States, where population growth and housing demand continue to outpace supply.

Criteria

Properties in underserved markets — places where affordable housing is scarce and long-term demand is durable.
